Mitch Jean Band   1:15 pm - 1:45 pm

From Northern Ontario, I am a singer/songwriter and the Co-founder/Writer and lead guitar player of the Northern rock group Kickback Tracii. I have been involved in countless music venues and festivals sharing stages with several great musicians from local groups to Trooper and April Wine.

Spending most of my days teaching guitar to children in school and my studio, I recently discovered a new passion for singing and writing modern country music. A style very close to what my father loved. The project started in October of 2017 were I teamed up with Recording Engineer Jay Vernali, from Nashville, and Head Engineer, Darren Magierowski from Jukasa Studios in Hamilton, Ontario and started putting together and recording songs.

Now I am very eager to start performing my new songs such as "Sweet Summertime So Fine", "A Little Direction", "Please Believe" and more... plus adding several great rockin' tunes to the set list from "Eric Church", "Keith Urban", "Lynyrd Skynyrd", "Bon Jovi" just to name a few. Joining forces with my son Jayden Jean on guitar, Phil Gauthier on drums and Scott Powers on bass, we are confident and looking forward to Play some great music for you all:)!!

Small Town Liberation Project   3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Made up of long-time friends Stephanie Boucher, Corey Olford and Sheldon Reasbeck, STLP is an acoustic cover band with a passion for folk and indie music-basically, a lot of really great stuff you may not normally hear (but should!) on small-town radio stations. STLP is heavily influenced by Mumford & Sons, the Zac Brown Band, and Vance Joy-but you may still hear this trio busting out the occasional acoustic Pearl Jam, Beatles or Lynyrd Skynyrd song. Each member of Small Town Liberation Project sings and plays instruments including the guitar, ukulele, piano, tambourine, and cajon (a really cool percussion "box" that imitates a bass drum and a snare, and is a lot less cumbersome to carry from gig to gig). The end result: a small group with a full-band sound. Professional, more than musically-inclined and friendly, Small Town Liberation Project is no mere garage band! That said, with a shared fondness for craft beer, Stephanie, Corey and Sheldon do like to keep a cold stock in a nearby fridge for rehearsals. No matter where they play, Small Town Liberation Project focuses on providing a lively, high-energy and rhythmic performance that engages all viewers and leaves the audience wanting more.
